We were built on one simple idea: bring real American-style barbecue to the UK, not watered down, not rushed, not compromised. Our brisket and ribs are smoked for a full 12 hours over real Woodfire, allowing the meat to absorb that deep smoky flavour while developing the dark, charred crust that defines true barbecue.

BRISKET SLICES

Slices of slow-smoked brisket, tender and full of flavour. Served as they should be – unwrapped, unbothered, and ready to dip into our rich coffee BBQ sauce or pair with your favourite sides.

SMOKED SHORT RIBS

British-bred short ribs, smoked low and slow for over 7 hours to lock in deep, smoky flavour. Served with tangy house-pickled cucumber and our signature coffee BBQ sauce on the side.

Brisket Bun

Double smashed brisket beef patties with American cheese, homemade burger sauce, red onions, and tangy house-pickled cucumbers, all tucked in a lightly toasted brioche bun.

STEAKS

Served with fresh vegetables, and your choice of Texan cheesy mash or hand-cut skin on fries, finished with a rich peppercorn, creamy mushroom, or classic gravy sauce.

Famous Platters

Crispy chicken tenders, creamy mac & cheese and loaded fries topped with slow-cooked brisket, finished with our famous house sauce, homemade chilli pickles and signature coffee sauce.

TEXAN CHOPS

Premium Grass-Fed Lamb Chops, Fire-grilled to perfection, charred outside, tender and juicy inside. These succulent chops are boldly seasoned, rich in flavour, and dangerously delicious, with caramelised onions on top, bringing serious Southern attitude to your plate.

RIBWICH

Tender pulled mid ribs seasoned with our house rub, served in a toasted brioche slice with dill slaw and a gentle drizzle of our rich coffee BBQ sauce.
